If changing the past

Was a choice I had

I would leave it be

Somethings I wish

Things had never happened

But it makes my smile

When I sit back laughing


I have dealt

With some terrible things

But when I survived it

It gives me strength


I can't change the past

Good or bad

Cause that unknown journey

Is an unknown path


It may be better

It may be worse

But right now I'm standing

Here on this earth
